Kristine Baldwin

 It has been my privilege to work in Commercial Real Estate at Skogman since 2014. I have enjoyed working in many areas of commercial, primarily in our rural Iowa areas including commercial buildings, land, leasing and business sales. 

I achieved my real estate license in 2006 and brokers license in 2013. With owning my own business and being a multi-million dollar producer, I fully understand profit/loss and the need for expansion with growth and/or downsizing to better fit your needs.
