Kevin Sun has been a dedicated commercial real estate investor for the past eight years, successfully owning and operating a diverse portfolio of properties. His passion for real estate is complemented by his extensive experience as a restaurant owner and landlord, as well as his background in investment management and accounting.

Kevin holds a BA in Finance from the University of Iowa, earned in 2014, and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Iowa, achieved in 2024, with an emphasis on Finance and Investment Management. His academic achievements have provided him with a strong foundation to excel in the commercial real estate sector.

Kevin is known for his exceptional care and professionalism in treating clients.
