Jerad leverages his expertise in development, landlord & tenant representation and new construction to guide clients through the intricacies of residential and commercial real estate in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas.

Recognized for exceptional service, Jerad was named the 2023 Iowa City Area Association’s Realtor of the Year. Currently, he serves as the association’s Vice President and contributes his knowledge on the Iowa Association of Realtors Ethics and Grievance committee. Additionally, Jerad is passionate about giving back to the community through his involvement with the Coralville Community Foundation and Coralville Library Foundation.
