It is with honor, integrity, and honesty that I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Iowa since 1991. With over 33 Years of experience, I will work for you to get the best value possible with both buying and selling.
I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. My father started his own Real Estate and Executive Construction Company in 1969. He has taught me every aspect as a Realtor and general contractor. From cold calling, marketing, listing, buying, selling, what to look for when inspecting property, designing houses and commercial buildings, constructing said structures, and each and every detail that is needed for both in Real Estate and construction.
As a graduate of Iowa State University school of Architecture, I have first hand knowledge of how houses and commercial buildings are designed and built. I will assist you along the path to being a successful property owner. My strength is teaching you all of the intricacies of buying, selling, and leasing.
Stephanie and I have been married for 32 Years and have 2 wonderful adult children and have had many rescue animals over our beautiful time together. Serving in the community is dear to my heart. My wife has volunteered in many organizations. I am past president of our local Rotary and currently serve on our board of directors. I have also served on the board of the Boy Scouts of America. Our children served in Boy Scouts and have volunteered at the local Theater Cedar Rapids.
