Brian became a real estate agent to follow his interest in residential and commercial properties. Born in North Dakota and raised in central Iowa from the age of 5. He chased his passion for tennis and spent the nearly 2 decades in California. Returning in 2000 for the opportunities and quality of life the great state of Iowa has to offer.

After leaving the tennis industry he devoted the next 23 years to the damage prevention business (call before you dig). This gave him the opportunity to direct operations in 19 states as well as the cities of Seattle and Calgary AB. Canada. His engagement with CEOs of major utilities to field level employees has provided him with the background to conduct business at multiple levels.

Brian became licensed in 2019. He is the owner of both residential and commercial investment properties and enjoys providing rental homes and spaces for his tenants. His residential real estate cliental has been diverse. Selling residential properties from $15k to $1.665M. Commercial or Residential he enjoys guiding clients through the buying or selling and leasing processes. He is experienced in 1031 Exchanges, leasing, and the purchase or sale of both residential and commercial properties.
