Madeline Doyle
Meet Madeline, a nearly 30-year Cedar Rapids native, possessing exceptional knowledge of the Cedar Rapids and corridor area. After graduating from Washington High School, she pursued her education at Iowa State University, earning a BS in Kinesiology and an MN in Biological/Pre-Medical Illustration (BMPI). Prior to real estate, Madeline worked at Health Solutions LLC. where she would clarify the definition of success for assigned client relationships, align company services to achieve the client’s definition of success, and keep communication lines open between the company and her assigned clients to ensure any issues that arise are resolved quickly and services are adjusted adequately to meet client objectives.
With a proven track record of success, Madeline has achieved remarkable results for her clients, having assisted over 80 families in her 3.5 years within the real estate industry. From residential first-time homebuyers to commercial business owners, Madeline works tirelessly to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, no matter how big or small. She is currently working towards obtaining her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in addition to Skogman’s commercial certification program. This advanced training will enable her to offer valuable insights and guidance for your commercial needs, helping you make smart investment decisions.
