Steve White has dedicated a significant portion of his career to the commercial real estate sector. He is currently a commercial real estate professional with Skogman Commercial Group, where he leverages his extensive industry knowledge and personal experience as an investor to benefit his clients. As the President of Go America Properties, Steve has firsthand experience with the intricacies and demands of commercial real estate investments including retail, multifamily, self-storage, office and industrial. Steve is also very fluent in the financial side of real estate and small business as he is an owner in a few locals, such as SOKO Outfitters.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Steve is deeply involved in the local community. He served on the board of directors for the Cedar Rapids Parks Foundation, contributing his expertise and passion for community development. His commitment to Cedar Rapids extends beyond his professional work, reflecting his dedication to improving the community.
Outside of his professional and volunteer roles, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three boys. He is also an avid tennis player, finding balance and recreation in the sport.
